Follow These 2 Steps:

Step 1. Review the 5 NOTES (don't skip this!)

Step 2. For each session type, click the Select & Reserve Sessions Button. First, you will select your sessions from the monthly availabilities (these are continuously updated), and secondly, you will reserve your sessions by completing the form. 

NOTE 1: Sessions are available on a first come, first serve basis. Once reserved, those sessions will be removed from the availabilities.

NOTE 2: Most sessions can be reserved individually, or in multiples. E.g. for 2 consecutive sessions, select 2 sessions - Feb 8: 9 am, 10:45 am. However, some session reservations require a minimum of 2 sessions, this will be noted in the session availabilities. For multiple sessions, there will be a 45 minute break between sessions.

NOTE 3 (For Schools Booking Chantal In-Person). If you offer 3 CardiacCrash Chantal In-Person sessions, for example, the sessions will consist of students from different classes, since most classes average 28 students, and each session can have up to 40 participants. For registration simplicity, students can sign up for any of the 3 sessions on the date of their school training e.g. 10 am, 11:45 am, 1:30 pm on Nov 22. The goal will be to have 120 students register (3 sessions x 40 participants). The Fundraising Organizer will have access to the names of the students that registered in the fundraisers dashboard (under Reports), so the school can organize which students will attend each session accordingly. Make sense? Okay, great!

NOTE 4: Up to 72 hours (or sooner), after submitting your reservation, your sessions will be confirmed, by becoming available *HERE (Your Unique Fundraising Check Out Page).

Each session has it's own unique check out page, so this will be repeated for each session type you wish to reserve.

NOTE 5: If the pre-set sessions don't work, you can request alternative dates & times, by following these steps:

A. When you Reserve Sessions, there's an option to request alternate dates in the form. Simply enter your dates and times in the text box that says: REQUEST ALTERNATE SESSIONS (if you're requesting consecutive sessions, allow 45 mins between sessions).

B. Up to 72 hours (or sooner), after submitting your requests, your sessions will be confirmed, by becoming available HERE. 

C. If your requested dates & times are NOT approved, you will receive an email from The Lifesaving Coach to review other options.
