Step 1: Set Up Your 8 Spread The Word Email Templates

Review these 5 notes (don't skip this!), then select your appropriate email templates version (blue buttons below) to set up. Ready. Set. Go!

NOTE 1: There are 3 email template versions to choose from (blue buttons below). You have the option to include both fundraising option 1 (The CardiacCrash Experience) and fundraising option 2 (Lifesaving School For Parents) in your unique fundraiser (Email Templates - Version 1). Or you might choose to only include option 1 (Email Templates - Version 2), or you may only offer option 2 (Email Templates - Version 3). Select the appropriate email templates for your unique fundraiser.

NOTE 2: These templates were created so that you don't have to start from scratch, and to ensure all of the key details required for a successful fundraiser are included! Feel free to modify, however, know that the content of each email was strategically designed to touch on common pain points, excuses and explain why potential fundraising participants should join - these core concepts need to be communicated.

NOTE 3: You will need to know your Fundraiser dates, and your CardiacCrash session dates to fill-in-the-blanks in your email templates. 

NOTE 4: These templates are set up for a school fundraiser, so you may need to tweak them for your unique fundraiser!

NOTE 5: I know you might be thinking, wow, that's a lot of emails! And you're right! But the reality is, people need to be reminded several times about fundraisers/encouragement to make a purchase. Most people are busy and forget, and often they do not purchase until closer to the end of the fundraiser, after several reminders. Remember, you are helping to save lives, so if that requires sending a few emails, it's worth the effort! Besides, they are already created for you - you just need to tweak them - and that won't take long! You've got this! These emails are important!

NOTE: Dates have been adjusted to account for major holidays, but feel free to adjust as needed, to suit your unique fundraiser.
